Note from the Pastor's Desk:

A Heartfelt Thank You

To my Elam family and friends,

As we reflect on our 215th Church Anniversary Celebration, my heart is filled with gratitude and joy. What an incredible milestone in the life of our church — 215 years of faith, service, and God’s unfailing grace!

I want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who played a part in making this celebration such a memorable occasion. To our planning committee, ministry leaders, volunteers, musicians, decorators, cooks, ushers, and every member who gave their time, talent, and resources — your dedication truly made this event special.

To our guests, family, and friends who joined us in worship and fellowship, thank you for celebrating this moment with us. Your presence added warmth and love to every part of the weekend.

Most importantly, we give all glory to God, who has sustained Elam Baptist Church since 1810 and continues to bless our ministry today. May we carry this spirit of unity, gratitude, and faith forward as we continue to serve God and our community together.

With love and appreciation,

Rev. Dr. Helen Washington- Randall
